Here is the soup recipe for the Stuffed Pepper Soup:
8.8 ounces of rice
1 lbs ground beef
2 cups chopped green peppers
1 cup chopped onion
1 jar (26 ounces) Chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce
1 can (14.5 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 ounces) beef broth
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile in large saucepan cook beef, peppers add onion until meet is no longer pink.
Drain if needed.
Stir in pasta sauce, tomatoes, broth & prepared rice.
Heat through.
Yields 6-8 servings (about 2 quarts)
